We support the overall health management of every person who visits our center. We work each day to ensure a smooth continuum from preventive care and early detection to appropriate specialist treatment, while providing care suited to each individual's needs.
Important Information for Examinees
1. To ensure examinations are performed safely and assessments are accurate, we require correct information about your health and symptoms, including medical history, allergies, and current medications. Please complete the questionnaire even if nothing has changed since your previous visit.
2. If you are pregnant or may be pregnant, some examinations cannot be performed because of possible effects on you or the fetus. Some examinations may also be unsuitable during breastfeeding because results may be affected. Please consult us when making your appointment.
3. Advance materials and guidance on the day of your examination are generally provided in Japanese. As medical terminology may be used, please consult us when booking if you require assistance in another language.
4. We may decline an application for a comprehensive checkup in the following circumstances:
(1) outstanding hospital charges or a seriously unsatisfactory payment history; or
(2) conduct that disrupts medical services, including abusive language, violence, shouting, or other behavior that disturbs other examinees or hospital staff.
5. Please note that the contents of comprehensive checkup programs may change without prior notice. We may also contact you regarding the examination or its results; we appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that we can reach you promptly when necessary.
About the “MyHospital” App
Our center uses the MyHospital patient-support app. Results from blood tests and certain other examinations may be viewed in the app on the same day. You can also review trends in previous results for ongoing health management. By registering a credit card, you may leave without completing payment at the counter on the day of your visit.
